An accessible website
is a better business website.

Accessibility means people with low vision, motor or hearing impairments can use your site — and it lowers legal risk. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard US courts and regulators refer to.

In short

An ADA-accessible website can be used by people with low vision, motor or hearing impairments, and it lowers legal risk for US businesses. BrandWorksApp builds and fixes websites to WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard US courts and regulators refer to. Accessibility improvements are part of every BrandWorksApp website project within the agreed scope.

01What we fix
02Why it matters
01

More customers

Accessible pages are clearer for everyone — older customers, people on a phone in bright sun, anyone in a hurry.

02

Lower legal risk

Website accessibility lawsuits are common in Florida and California. In California, the Unruh Act sets damages at $4,000 per violation plus attorney fees.

03

Better for search & AI

Clean structure, alt text and real headings also help Google and AI assistants understand your pages.

03How it goes
01

Day 1: a live link

You see a working prototype on your phone on day one — not a PDF after two months.

02

Week 1: photos & keywords

On-site photo shoot, competitor research and a map of the searches your customers actually type.

03

About week 4: launch

Usually live in about four weeks (two months at most), with redirects from the old site, analytics and Search Console.

04

Months 2–3: measure & tune

Hosting and edits are included for 2–3 months after launch; we re-test speed, Google, Maps and AI readiness.

04FAQ
Is my website required to be ADA compliant?+
US courts have repeatedly applied the ADA to business websites, especially when there is also a physical location. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard most often referred to. This page is not legal advice — talk to your attorney about your situation.
Can a website be 100% lawsuit-proof?+
No one can promise that. What we do is fix the real barriers to WCAG 2.1 AA, document it in an accessibility statement and keep it that way as the site changes.
Do accessibility overlays or widgets work?+
We don’t rely on them. Fixing the site itself is what makes it usable with screen readers and keyboards; a widget on top doesn’t change the underlying code.
Is accessibility included in your websites?+
Yes — every website we build targets WCAG 2.1 AA and comes with an accessibility statement, privacy policy and terms of use.
