iOS: Settings → your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → find the app → “Cancel subscription”. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find the app → “Cancel”. After cancelling, access continues to the end of the paid period. No partial refunds. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. Apple (iOS): reportaproblem.apple.com → sign in → find the purchase → “Request a refund”.
