BrandWorksApp LLC (“Company”, “we”) operates the MoneyWorks and Vela apps (the “Apps”), the brandworksapp.us website (the “Site”) and related services (the “Services”). This Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data. By using any part of the Services you agree to it. It addresses the GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California) and Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
Name; email; date of birth (for Vela); phone (optional); account credentials; payment data (via Apple App Store or Google Play — we do not collect or store card numbers); language preferences; anything you submit via our forms.
Device type/model; OS and version; device identifiers; IP address; browser type; timezone and region; usage data (features, screens, session length); performance data (crashes, load times); referrer; pages visited.
Precise location (GPS); contacts or address book; messages or call logs; photos, video or files; biometrics; social-media data (except Apple/Google sign-in); card or bank-account numbers.
The Site uses cookies: necessary (session, security); analytics (Google Analytics, anonymized); preference (language, consent). You can manage them in your browser. The Apps don't use cookies but may use local storage for settings.
Providing services: running the Apps and Site, your account, subscriptions, personalization. Communication: service notices, answering requests, promotional emails (with consent only). Improvement: usage analysis, bug fixes, new features, analytics. Security: fraud prevention, legal compliance, protecting rights.
For users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)); consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). For Russian residents, processing is based on consent under 152-FZ.
We do NOT sell, rent or trade your data. We may share it with: payment processors (Apple, Google); analytics (Google Analytics); hosting providers; in response to law, courts or authorities; and in a reorganization, merger or sale of the company.
Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL); encryption of sensitive data at rest; password hashing; regular audits; staff access control; incident-response procedures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Active accounts — while the account is active. Inactive — after 24 months we may notify you before deletion. Account deletion — data removed within 30 days, except data required by law (financial records up to 7 years). Anonymized data may be kept indefinitely for analytics.
Depending on your location: access; correction; deletion (“right to be forgotten”); restriction; portability; objection; withdrawal of consent; complaint to a supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email support@brandworksapp.us — we respond within 30 days.
You can delete your account at any time. Email support@brandworksapp.us with the subject “Account deletion”. Steps are on the Account Deletion page. Deletion is irreversible. Active subscriptions are not cancelled automatically.
The Services are not intended for children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data. Users aged 13–18 only with parental consent. If your child has provided data, contact us to delete it.
BrandWorksApp LLC is located in the USA. Your data may be transferred, stored and processed in the USA and other countries. By using the Services you consent to this. Where needed we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
California residents have the right to: know what data is collected; delete; correct; opt out of sale (we do NOT sell data); equal service. To exercise: support@brandworksapp.us or +1 (727) 370-2545. Response within 45 days.
For GDPR requests, email support@brandworksapp.us with the subject “GDPR request”. You may contact your country's supervisory authority. Our Apps use automated processing for personalization — you may request human review. In a data breach we will notify the supervisory authority within 72 hours.
Processing is based on consent. You may access, correct, block, delete your data and withdraw consent at any time. Primary recording of Russian residents' data follows applicable localization requirements; cross-border transfer is based on your consent.
The Services may link to third-party sites whose policies we don't control. We may update this Policy: we'll change the date, notify you by email or in-app, and request consent where needed. Continued use means acceptance. In case of conflict, the English version prevails.
